Heavy Duty Ball Transfer Units
Ball Transfer Units are load carrying components that are mounted on platforms, conveyor lines, assembly benches or transfer equipment surfaces. It consists of a main ball and a number of smaller ball support structures. When material is placed on the main ball, a full range of rolling motion can be achieved, significantly reducing the coefficient of friction and making the handling and positioning process lighter and smoother.




Principle of Operation
The core principle of Ball Transfer Units is the support and lubrication of the main ball by several small steel balls. The main ball rolls inside the housing by means of the small balls, thus carrying loads from any direction and realizing 360 degrees of freedom of movement. This structure allows for quick response to steering, sliding, alignment and other operations, and is particularly suitable for frequent transfers or changes of direction.

Ball Transfer Units are subdivided into various types to suit different needs:
- Flange type: suitable for bolting to the platform surface, strong stability;
- Press-in type: directly embedded in the hole, simple and beautiful;
- Threaded: with screw structure, suitable for height adjustment or quick disassembly.
Classification by material:
Stainless steel type: strong corrosion resistance, suitable for wet or clean environment;
