Mocayo Lock Pin Mechanism
A precise lock pin mechanism gives mocayo quick release pin/ball lock pin a firm ball locking to connect parts and components. Our ball locking pins are strictly qulity controlled by the team, which makes the function workability long last.
- What is lock pin mechainsm?
As you can see from the drawing, a lock pin technique includes metal pin body, metal balls, spring,spindle, alloy handle and button. Once you press down the button, the spring is pressured and spin the spindle and the balls retract. This is the best moment to put the pin insert to a hole. When you release the button, the spring loses force load, the spindle turn back pushing the balls out of the hole on the pin, which means the balls are locking and connecting. This's the lock pin mechanism.
