What Is Indexing Plunger

Indexing Plunger is a spring-loaded mechanical component used for precise positioning, indexing, or locking of mechanical parts.
It features accurate locking and easy operation with high holding forces.
Our Indexing Plunger strictly comply with G-N Series Standards, MS/NASM Aerospace Standard and Military Standards
Our indexing plunger typically consists of the following parts:
[Threaded Body] AISI 303/304/316/17-4ph Stainless Steel.
[Pin] Nickel-plated AISI 303 stainless steel. Recommended for matching with holes conforming to H7 tolerance.
[Lock Nut] AISI 304/303/316/17-4ph Stainless Steel.
[Knob] AISI 303 Stainless steel, non-removable. Resistant to solvents, oils, greases and other chemical solvents.
Due to the high-frequency positioning of the indexing plunger, the risk of corrosion and wear increases, we recommend selecting stainless steel materials (such as AISI 304/316).
